Transfers: the travel costs, food and accommodation of the technical staff must be calculated at the customer's expense. Where not specified specifically for food and accommodation means hospitality at the property at the expense of the customer.
In order to avoid malfunctions generated by improper use of gateways and related softwares, our company does not carry out courses for independent use by customers.
You can interface with our office for any system maintenance activities or use the hech.tv platform for requesting tickets at reduced rates.
