In fact, many operators have serious difficulties in the autonomous management of ProCentric licenses and this is due to the fact that they often realize that they use ProCentric only to favor the maintainer in the channel list while looking for a system of communication of the rooms. With ProCentric you only purchase the software license. Therefore it is not possible for a maintainer or hotel manager to easily create and manage information pages in monitors and TVs as well as create an optimized and adaptable graphic layout at the same time as the web and mobile.

For all these reasons, ProCentric is an excellent tool exclusively reserved for System Integrators as it does not represent an advanced digital concierge system but simply a showcase software with very little functionality and difficult implementation for the hotelier and maintainer.
