Within the project, it is necessary to set up all the content by creating a conceptual map and a subdivision of macro-categories and subcategories in order to ensure fluidity, logic, and consistency for guests who will access all the information and services that we will include in HechRomeo.

We know that attention to detail is very important to the customers who rely on us, which is why we have designed a large number of subcategory levels (maximum 4) that can in turn generate an unlimited number of categories and/or services. The HECH ROMEO management system includes an area dedicated to viewing the hotel’s booking calendar. Users have complete freedom to consult daily, weekly, or monthly views.

Those who use the back end of the calendar can:

Match up to 5 different statuses to each service and colour-code the data for easy reference.
Use the search engine and apply filters to refine your search (CATEGORIES, SUBCATEGORIES, FIRST NAME, SURNAME, SERVICES, EMAIL, DATES, STATUS, DEPARTMENT, LABEL).
Use the internal search engine to calculate the total value of the services requested by a customer/room.
Support customers by entering individual service bookings for them, accessing "guest management - booking calendar" and using the "create new booking" or "create new basket" button.

LANGUAGES, USERS, DEPARTMENTS AND LABELS

The system allows you to add content in multiple languages and allows guests to choose the language they wish to view.

This area of the portal allows you to enter and edit departments for managing booking requests/reservations.

In the same area, you can add and edit labels to request additional information (sometimes necessary for delivery to the guest at the time of ordering, such as room number, umbrella number, etc.).
