The HECH ROMEO management software includes a dedicated area for viewing the booking calendar. Users have complete freedom to view daily, weekly, or monthly views.
Those who use the calendar back end can:
- Assign up to 5 different statuses to each service and color the data differently for easy reference;
- Use the search engine and apply filters to better profile the search (CATEGORIES, SUBCATEGORIES, NAME, SURNAME, SERVICES, EMAIL, DATES, STATUS, DEPARTMENT, LABEL)
- Use the internal search engine to calculate the total value of the services requested by a customer/room
- Print the data
